摘要
外傷性窒息是個罕見的臨床症候群，特徵為臉頸部的發紺水腫，雙側結膜下出血和臉部、頸部和胸部皮膚瘀斑性出血。我們報告兩個因車禍導致的外傷性窒息的個案報告，經治療後沒有皮膚或全身性的後遺症。在文中我們同時也討論造成這罕見的外傷性窒息的病理生理機制。

Traumatic asphyxia is a rare clinical syndrome characterized by the triad of cervicofacial cyanosis and edema, bilateral subconjunctival hemorrhage, and cutaneous petechial hemorrhages of the face, neck and upper chest. We reported two cases of traumatic asphyxia following traffic accident that recovered without cutaneous or systemic sequelae. We also discuss the pathophysiology of this rare traumatic asphyxia.
