摘要


牙齒腐蝕是一種因非細菌性的化學物質,如酸性霧氣或葡萄酒而引起的牙齒硬組織的喪失。牙釉質的腐蝕是一種永久性破壞,也常常與物理性因子所造成的磨耗及細菌性所造成的牙釉質脫鈣相類似而被誤診。因此職業性牙齒腐蝕必須與習慣性胃酸逆流等內在因子及飲用果汁等外在飲食習慣所造成的腐蝕做一鑑別診斷。為了勞工安全和健康,本文強力建議要有足夠身體健康檢查和工作環境監測以減少職業傷害的暴露。然而到目前為止國內並沒有職業性酸霧與牙齒腐蝕等相關性文獻,本篇在回顧一些因職業關係而暴露在酸霧(液)中與牙齒表面喪失流行率有較高關聯性,同時為了去除勞工傷害性刺激作用,我們也對具潛在性危險職業所造成的牙齒腐蝕,及如何做好長期化學工廠勞工臨床評估的參考標準有一些描述。

Tooth erosion is defined as the superficial loss of dental hard tissue resulting primarily by a simple chemical process due to the exposure of non-bacterial origin, usually involving chemical acid substance and wine. Enamel erosion is permanent tooth damage and is easily misdiagnosed with attrition due to physical effect and enamel decalcification due to bacterial nature. Therefore, It is important that occupational tooth erosion must be differentiated from erosion induced by intrinsic factor, for example, habitual regurgitation and extrinsic dietary effect, such as, acid beverage. For safety and health of employee, sufficient physical examination and environmental monitoring to distinguish exposure of occupational hazard are recommended. However, to date there are no documented specifically linking occupational acid with dental erosion in our country. The aim this article to review that exposure to acid mists (liquid) in the hazard-working place is highly associated with a prevalence of tooth surface loss. In addition, for eliminating harmful irritant effects, we also depicted relationship of tooth injury and risk potential industrial workplace and criterion of long-term clinical evaluation of workers in chemical factories.
