牙周病與心血管疾病的關係探討
Current Status on the Relationship between Periodontal Disease and Cardiovascular Disease

The association of dental health and recurrent myocardial infarction was reported by Mattila et al. in 1989. Since then, many researchers began to pay attention to it. The purpose of this paper was to explore this association, related longitudinal studies from the literature were reviewed. Besides, the role of inflammation and immune response in both diseases was also discussed.
