摘要

本篇報告提出一下顎前牙區立即植牙並立即負荷局部固定義齒的病例。患者主訴下顎前牙向上生長產生美觀上的困擾，下顎四顆門齒因嚴重牙周病拔除，拔牙後立即植牙並立即負荷臨時義齒。審愼的術前評估和篩選是成功治療的關鍵。下顎前牙區非常適合進行局部固定義齒的立即植牙及負荷（復形），加上使用適當的植體設計及表面處理，以及良好的義齒設計，立即復形的做法不僅能在骨整合初期去除咬合干擾，又可以增加美觀及病人的滿意度。在此提出本病例作爲參考，希望將來能有更多長期的追蹤，或大量樣本的統計、研究。

A case of immediate implant placement and subsequently loaded with provisional fixed partial denture in anterior mandiblular region is presented. The patient complained about the bad looking appearance because of the extrusive mandibular anterior teeth. Followed by comprehensive treatment planning, the mandibular incisors were extracted. Immediate implant placement and immediate loading of provisional prosthesis were performed right after extraction.
Accurate diagnosis and treatment planning are prerequisites to successful therapy. Anterior mandibular region is extremely suitable for immediate implant placement and loading (restoration). Proper implant design, modified implant surface, and adequate prosthetic incorporation also increase the long-term predictability. Immediate restorations not only reduce the occlusal interference during the process of osteointegration but also improve the esthetics and patient's satisfaction. The case presented provides a reference for further long-term research in this field.
