直腸單一潰瘍症候群：一例報告

一名52歲女性，已長期痔瘡20年，因間歇性排便時肛門疼痛，到本院(台大醫院)門診求助。內視鏡切片檢查發現是一罕見的疾病：直腸單一潰瘍症候群(SRUS)(良性)。但因臨床懷疑是惡性，所以安排住院,在開刀房做更仔細的切片檢查，手術時經由直腸做切片，也確定是直腸單一潰瘍症候群。由於這是良性疾病，便未做其它手術，改以保守治療。病人在手術後隔天即出院，目前病人狀況良好。本文藉此病例，查閱文獻，將此疾病的症狀、致病機轉、診斷、治療等做一介紹。

Solitary rectal ulcer syndrome is an uncommon benign disorder involving the rectum .This syndrome usually affects the area 4～18cm away from the anal verge(anterior aspect). We report a 52 year-old woman with solitary rectal ulver syndrome who was treated successfully with conservative methods. Because of the similarities in the presentation of this and other rectal diseases, this syndrome is easily overlooked. The definite diagnosis is made by pathology. The initial treatment should be conservative, and surgical intervention should undertaken if conservative measures fail.
