目的:本研究目的是透過運動學的動作技術分析模式探討鞍馬單手支撐俯反轉360°動作的技術特性。方法:運用高速攝影機(JVC-9800; 60Hz)拍攝選手完成動作的運動過程,以APAS運動影像系統從事分析,使用MRI法建立本研究受試者之個人化人體肢段參數,將動作實施過程分為七個位置點進行探討。結果:一、在單手支撐俯反轉階段肩關節角度應持續緊縮,保持穩定的肩關節角速度,身體重心水平速度亦需維持平穩。二、動作過程中身體重心及腳尖應需保持一定高度,而兩者的運動軌跡相同呈現橢圓形。三、完成單手支撐俯反轉360°動作的單一全旋時間較長於一般併腿全旋。結論:實施單手支撐俯反轉360°動作時,支撐臂的肩關節必須維持緊縮的狀態,能有助於控制全旋的速度及身體的移位。身體重心及腳尖必須保持在一定的高度,方能維持平穩的運動軌跡,使動作得以順利完成。
Purpose: The purpose of this study was using technical analysis of movement kinematics model to explore Sohn (Kehrswing with 360° turn on 1 pommel in Pommel Horse. Methods: High-speed camera (JVC-9800; 60Hz) shooting the whole process, then Using Motion analysis system APAS and MRI as segments of the body parameters model for seven points. Second, the body moves the focus of the course and toes should be required to maintain a certain height, and both show the same trajectory oval. Third, complete support with one hand down to 360° rotary action of a single full-time in general and the whole legs spin. Conclusion: To doing Sohn, the support arm of the need to maintain a tight shoulder, which can help to control the speed of the entire rotation and body movement. The body center of gravity and the toes must be kept at a certain height, in order to maintain a smooth trajectory, so that actions have been completed successfully.
