本研究旨在探討國中體育教師教學反思與教學創新之關係。本研究採問卷調查法,以自編之「國中體育教師教學反思與教學創新調查問卷」為測量工具,針對屏東縣154位公立國中體育教師為研究對象,獲得有效問卷127份。以SPSS17.0中文版套裝軟體進行資料分析,包含描述統計、Pearson積差相關及多元逐步迴歸。資料分析結果為:(一)教學反思各層面與教學創新各層面之間有相關存在,而教學反思中的「實際行動」與教學創新的相關情形較高。(二)教學反思的「技術理性」、「實際行動」及「批判反思」三個層面能夠有效預測教學創新的「教學內容」、「教學資源」、「師生互動」以及教學創新之整體。獲得研究結論如下:(一)國中體育教師的教學反思與教學創新息息相關。(二)國中體育教師的教學反思對其教學創新具有預測力。
The purpose of the study was to investigate the relationship of the teaching reflection and teaching innovation implemented by P.E. teachers in the junior high schools. The research collected and analyzed the data through the questionnaire. The instrument, ”The P.E. teachers' Teaching Reflection and Teaching Innovation in Junior High School” was designed. The research samples include 154 junior P.E. teachers in Pingtung County, and 127 valid questionnaires were retrieved and collected. The data was analyzed by statistic software of SPSS 17.0 of Chinese version. The data collection from the surveys were treated and analyzed with descriptive statistic, Pearson's product-moment correlation method and the stepwise linear regression analysis. The results of the data analyzed were (1) There were significant correlation between each dimension of teaching reflection and teaching innovation, the ”practical reflection” reflection showed higher correlation with each dimension of teaching innovation than the other variables. (2) The ”technical reflection”, ”practical reflection” and ”critical reflection” of teaching reflection could predict the ”teaching contents”, ”teaching resources”, ”teacher-student interactive” and teaching innovation. Conclusions obtained were (1) There were positive correlations between teaching reflection and teaching innovation of Junior high schools P.E. teachers. (2) Junior high schools P.E. teachers' teaching reflection can predict teaching innovation.
