遠洋漁船柴油引擎使用冷卻泵之省能源研究

摘要


世界油價節節上升,漁船營運成本大幅增加之情況下,尤其遠洋漁船的油量消耗佔有更大的成本,如何在遠洋漁船機艙中主輔機內進行省能源是刻不容緩的事情。由於遠洋漁船較其他漁船者使用較大的電力於柴油引擎之冷卻泵運轉,而且沒做電量控制,而增加冷卻泵之電功率消耗。故本研究將針對柴油引擎進行省能源實驗,以不同轉速以及負荷下,進行冷卻泵的轉速控制,探討冷卻泵的電功率消耗及電量控制應用於遠洋漁船柴油引擎的可行性使用評估。評估15年之節省費用結果顯示本系統應用於遠洋漁船柴油引擎具有相當高的可行性。

Oil price increases yearly, and operation costs of shipping boats rise dramatically. It is imperatively how to economize energy for main and auxiliary engines in the machine room for deep ocean shipping boats. There is more electrical power used in operating the cooling pumps of diesel engines for deep ocean shipping boats than for other shipping boats. In addition, the electrical power consumption increases because the electricity does not be controlled. Therefore, this research project is to conduct an economized energy experiment on a diesel engine, and to process the control of pump speed under different engine speeds and loads. The electrical power consumption and the evaluation for the feasibility applied to deep ocean shipping boats are investigated. The result of evaluating the economized fifteen-year cost shows that the application of the system to deep ocean shipping boats is highly feasible.
