摘要

本文介紹組卷演算法的數學模式和思考，從基因演算法的合理性及實用性，加以分析、應用及設計。用基因演算法創建模型，用於自動組卷的問題，並且在VisualBasic平台下實現了自動組卷系統。學習評量是個不可少的工具，可以了解學生的學習狀態。學生於學習了一定的知識範圍後，藉著評量可知學生的學習程度，同時可立即進行補救教學，當學生於學習過程當中，得到良好的協助，使其對所學知識有更透徹的了解。隨著網路技術的快速發展，頻寬的擴大，除了可透過網路實現遠端教學，同時利用電腦輔助教學（CBT），結合多媒體影音效果，可增加學生的學習慾望，效果也比傳統的課堂教學，學習效果要高。輪機工程系同學畢業後，需參加航海人員考試取得證照。本研究實現人工智慧發卷系統，依照同學的考試成績，給予不同難度之考卷。因網路線上測驗系統，多採取隨機出題方式發卷，以減輕伺服器的負載，多次模擬測驗後，相同題目會一再重覆出現，無法精確的測出自己的能力，故於本研究單機版考試軟體中，加入人工智慧發卷技巧，避免此種情形發生，同時更可提高同學通過考試比例。

This paper describes the mathematics and thinking models of the genetic algorithms used for automatically assembling test-papers, which is a rational and practical application of the algorithms. Based on such algorithms, an intelligent automatic test-paper assembly system has been developed using Visual BASIC. Learning evaluation is an essential approach to appraisal students' levels of understanding toward what has been taught. Whether a complimentary education is needed or not can be judged based from the results of the evaluation. Together with rapid developments in network technology, expansion of network bandwidth, internet remote learning, and multimedia aids, Computer Base Training (CBT) promotes students' desire for learning and results in higher learning effectiveness than traditional classroom lecturing. After completion of marine engineering college education, students can take the qualification examination to obtain marine engineer certifications. The intelligent automatic test-paper assembly system developed in this research can select test problems of different levels of difficulty according to students' test scores. The test-paper assembly system runs on a stand-alone, intelligent algorithm basis, to overcome the difficulties encountered on a server based system-heavy load and continue selecting same test problems. University records show that students used this test-paper assembly system obtained higher passing rate in the certificate examination.
