軍訓教官對全人教育理念的認知與體驗-以中原大學軍訓室教官為例

Military Instructors' Perceptions on the Holistic Education: An Example from the Military Office of the Chung Yuan Christian University

摘要


本研究的主要目的,是以中原大學軍訓室教官為對象,探討軍訓教官對全人教育的認知與體驗。本研究屬探索性研究,採質性研究的紮根理論作為資料分析的方法。以立意抽樣(purposive sampling)的方式抽取服務於該校年資滿兩年(含)以上的22位教官為受試樣本,作為資料蒐集及訪談的對象。研究結果發現,教官對全人教育理念的認知與體驗可歸納為一個「適應經驗」。其適應經驗包括:體驗(experiencing)、統整(integration)、認同(identification)、與產出(output)四範疇。其中,體驗的範疇包括:適應的、情意的、真實的、行為的與認知的五內涵;統整的範疇包括:價值、融合、互動、歸屬與凝聚五內涵;認同的範疇包括:獨特性、共有性、動態性三內涵;產出的範疇包括:助人、忠誠、自發性、融滲四內涵。根據研究結果,本研究提出討論、建議,以作為未來研究及教育實務上的參考。

The purpose of this study is to examine military instructors' perceptions on the holistic education in the military office of the Chung Yuan Christian University. A qualitative exploratory research consisted of grounded theory analyses was conducted in this study. Through purposive sampling, twenty-two military instructors were selected from 26 military instructors based on at least two years current-position- experiences. Results indicated that military instructors perceived the holistic education in a positive sense. The core construct found in this study was adjusted experience, whereas varsity positive feedback experiences and excellent performances were found for military instructors. The adjusted experience included experiencing, integration, identification, and output. Holistic education-instilled campus culture enhances instructors' satisfaction of relatedness need and identification need. Based on the findings, recommendations and suggestions are made for future implications and research.
