The emergency of new historical data could timely supply the insufficient historical records. Since twentieth century, the mainland China has discovered many epitaphs belong to Tang dynasty, some were related to the Wei-Shui Affair occurred on August in 626 AD. This dissertation on Wei-Shui Affair try to exploit historical data and epitaphs to research into the whole course、Wei-shui Covenant and its influence.
