高職學生成癮藥物之使用行為

Addictive Drug Use in Vocational High School Students

摘要


本研究著重於瞭解台北市高職學生使用成癮藥物的行為,目的在完成預防敎育之「需求評估」。根據八十三學年度台北市公私立高職一年級學生的資料,先按科別分層,再採集束抽樣步驟,選出分屬23所學校的50個班級,共2476名學生為研究樣本。利用自行發展的高職學生健康生活調查問卷(内容包含屬性、特質、心理、家庭、學校與社會等因素;另有用藥知識與態度、偏差行為及使用成癮藥物行為等),由受過訓練之調查員前往樣本學校,以『班級』集體塡答方式收集資料。共回收2314份有效問卷,經資料整理與統計分析後發現,本研究樣本之成癮藥物使用率以安眠藥最高(男生為3.69%,女生為5.50%)、強力膠次之(男生為1.68%,女生為1.34%)、安非他命居第三(男生為1.90%,女生為0.39%)。經加權處理後,台此市八十三學年度公私立高職學生單純使用安眠藥的盛行率為3.09%;使用非法成癮藥物的盛行率為2.67%。就「使用安眠藥」行為而言,女生(相對於男生)、與家人曾發生爭吵者(相對於未發生者)、有飲酒行為者(相對於無飲酒行為者)、以及出入娛樂場所頻率愈高者,使用安眠藥的機會較大。就「使用非法成癮藥物」行為而言,拒藥自我效能得分愈低者、未與家人同住者(相對於與家人同住者)、有參加社團者(相對於未參加者)、反對用藥態度得分愈低者、及曾蹺家者(相對於未曾蹺家者),使用非法成癮藥物的機會較大。本研究結果為下一年度設計與執行預防教育計畫之重要依據。

In order to develop an anti-drug abuse educational program, a need assessment was conducted. The students of vocational high schools in Taipei City were our study subjects. A systematic method of stratification was used for sampling. Based on a school enrollment list, 2476 tenth graders were randomly selected from the vocational high schools in Taipei City. A set of variables including personal characteristics, factors related to family, school and society, cognition of and attitudes toward drugs, and addictive drug use were employed for data collection. Overall, 2314 students completed the questionnaires. Addictive drugs used included hypnotics (3.69% for males and 5.50% for females), adhesive plaster(1.68% for males and 1.34% for females)and amphetamines(1.90% for males and 0.39% for females). Drug use among the 10th graders of vocational high schools in Taipei City in 1994 was 3.09% for hypnotics and 2.67% for illicit drugs. Females, those who quarreled with family members, drinkers, and those who went to pleasure houses more frequently were more likely to use hypnotics. Those who showed lower self-efficacy on rejection of drugs, lived alone, joined school clubs, had lower scores on anti-drug questions, and had run away from home were more likely to use illicit drugs. These findings became the bases for designing the educational program which will be implemented next year.(Full Text in Chinese)
