高等護理教育的展望

摘要

護理敎育一直在培養各個不同領域所需的護理人才，並具有相當的決定性及影響力。現在社會不断的變，生活價值觀也在改變，受內在外在雙重環境影響，護理與醫療保健觀念產生了新的變革。面對著全民健康保險制度的實施，高品質醫療水準的的殷切需求，護理教育該如何面對量與質的問題？護理敎育未來應努力的方向及展望如何？值得我們重新檢討與規劃。作者整理國內外高等護理敎育的相關資料，介紹台灣高等護理敎育的歷史、現況、課程的設計規劃、面臨的挑戰、及未來之展望。

The main purpose of nursing education is to train and develop nursing personnel for the need of each field. The concept of nursing and health, needs to change to cope with the speed of change of community and value of life. Following the implementation of the National Health insurance, and the requirement of high quality health care, how to deal with these issues in nursing education, and what's the direction of effort to be put, are important issues that need us to carefully examine and planning. In this paper, the authors collect the information of nursing education domestic and international, introduce the history of Taiwan nursing education, describe courses designing in nursing education, and discuss the change of nursing education and its future prospect.
