摘要

本研究採用質性研究取向探索影響醫學生選科决定之因子，利用引導式訪談共採訪六位醫學生。結果發現，選科決定是一段複雜的歷程。就個人層面而言，興趣在其中扮演著相當重要的角色，且專業知識、與病人的互動方式、處置方式、能力及人格特質亦是影響因素之一。關於環境層面因素，教學課程之特色、教師、性別角色、市場需求以及生涯發展皆爲重要之因素。選科决定對於醫學生是一門重要課題，所以如何幫助他們找到適合的科別將是一件重要的工作。

The study used qualitative approach to explore factors with influence medical students' career choices. For the study, we interviewed 6 medical students and found that the process of making career choices is very complex. A student's interest is the most important personal factors, with professional knowledge, interactions with patients, treatment techniques, competence, and personality also playing important roles. As to environmental factors, the character of specific teaching courses, teachers, sex roles, market needs, and career development are important to individuals. Career choices are very important to medical students, and finding ways to help them make suitable, specific choices is very important work.
