醫學生對“醫學倫理-角色扮演”課程之滿意度調查

The Survey of Medical Student's Satisfaction Toward the "Role Playing Course"

摘要


為求落實醫學倫理之教學、並使學生在進入臨床前能對醫療團隊同仁之工作性質有所暸解、以奠定其日後成為團隊領導者之基礎,本院特研擬醫學生接受「醫學倫理-角色扮演課程」;於是項課程中,除特定單元因保障病人權益之考量,大部分皆要求學生以「角色扮演、親身實做」的方式施行。本研究之目的即在於探討本項課程實施後學生之反應與滿意度,將成效供日後課程改進之參考依據口結果發現,66.1%的同學對此項課程所安排之主題感到滿意,有約6.3%感到不滿意;另有13.8%的同學對於安排以「一天」輪調一個單元的方式覺得不滿意;而在九個學習單元中,學生對各單元中反應較佳者為「社工義工經驗」及「體驗護理工作」二項,反應較差的則為「熟悉X光片管理工作」及「角色扮演-病人家屬」二單元;而在其他建議上,學生希望未來可增加孤兒院或中途之家等的安排及與醫病關係有關的課程。綜合而言,62.3%的同學認為本次醫學倫理-角色扮演之課程對同學未來生涯會有所助益。本研究建議對醫學倫理相關議題的學習,以「角色扮演」的教導方式來實施應可繼續,惟在課程內容設計方面則有再修正檢討之處,如多增加“醫病關係”的互動課程及派赴學生至醫院外與社區民眾的接觸箏。至於在課程執行方面,因角色扮演需考量「實地」與「訓練單位」的實際運作配合問題,應先與各實習單位進行事先良好之溝通與安排等將更有效益;另就課後評估部份,則應至少每年進行乙次調查,以維授課品質。

Medical ethics course has become a major part of the main curriculum for medical students and make them understand the properties of clinical practice before they are going to the hospital. In this course, expect some specific units for the patients' right, most of the students were asked to participate course by the way of ”Role-Playing” and ”Self-doing”. The aim of this study was to evaluate the medical students' responses and satisfaction after executing the course. A questionnaire was to administered to the medical students in a medical center. 144 medical students were selected, 116 (80.6%) of whom agreed to answer the survey. 66.1% of the respondents indicated they were satisfied at the topics of the course, and about 6.3% weren’t dissatisfied that rotating unit in ”one day”. Further, when they assessed their requirement for this course, the medical students rated ”getting the experience of social worker service” and ”gaining the nursing experience” as the highest ranking; ”knowing how to manage the X-Ray pictures” and ”Role playing-Patient’s family” as the lowest. General speaking, 62.3% thought this course would be helpful for their furthure career. This study suggests that the way of teaching method could be continued and also need to increase the interactive course-such as ”the relationship between doctors and patients” or let students to do more community serves & social work. And spend mort time in the pre-contacted communication and arrangement between the training organization. Finally, the evaluation after the course should be monitored once a year at least to increase the quality of the course. (Full text in Chinese)
