翻轉「護理標準」學習模式-南部某醫學中心為例

摘要


傳統臨床護理標準宣導是透過每年更新內容,並於官網提供閱覽,然而單調的公告機制一直無法引起臨床護理師主動參與閱讀之氛圍。有鑑於此,護理部標準組委員透過腦力激盪設計活潑有趣之專案活動,運用”創新”、”競賽”概念,翻轉護理標準學習思維模式,帶動臨床護理師主動參與標準知識之閱讀,並藉由筆試及搶答競賽分析活動之成效。此專案活動分為二階段策畫,包括第一階段筆試初賽,及進階第二階段搶答活動。活動成效分析如下:第一階段報名應考人數共120位,參賽年資以≧2-5年居多,佔47.5%,筆試平均分數70.73分,活動參與平均滿意度4.87分。第二階段由「第一階段標準小學堂筆試」選出前8組筆試分數優良單位,進行第二階段標準小學堂搶答搶答競賽,共有62位參與(包括8組搶答人員及各組啦啦隊),其活動參與平均滿意度4.68分。此活動透過巧思規劃及競賽活動成功帶動護理標準沉悶之閱讀方式,藉由個人對於標準知識溫習之熱忱及單位組隊競賽之激勵方式,提升及推展臨床標準閱讀之風氣,期待此創新活動設計之成效,可以提供運用於不同領域教學活動之設計參考。

The traditional nursing standards were updated and promoted every year, and read provided on the website. However, the monotonous announcement system has not been able to arouse the atmosphere of nurses' active participation in reading. Therefore, the standard group of the nursing department designed lively and interesting activities through brainstorming, using the concepts of "innovation" and "competition" to flip the nursing standard learning thinking model, to promote active participation in standard knowledge reading, and analyze the effectiveness by test and rush-answer contest. This project including two stages: the first stage of the written test, and the second stage of advanced rush-answer contest. The results analyzed as follows: the first stage of the examination the number of applicants total 120, the Seniority ≧ 2-5 years mostly, accounted for 47.5%. The average score of the written test were 70.73, and the average satisfaction of participation were 4.87. The second stage, first 8 groups of units with good scores selected from the first Stage written test, and proceed to the second stage of the game, total of 62 participants (including 8 groups and cheerleaders), the average satisfaction of participation were 4.68. This activity successfully change the boring reading method of nursing standards through ingenious planning and competition. Through the personal enthusiasm for review standard knowledge and team competition, to enhance and promote the standard reading culture. We look forward to the effectiveness of this innovative activity, which can provide design references for teaching activities in different fields.
