組織基礎建設對知識管理程序與知識效能影響關係之研究

The Study on the Relationships among Organizational Infrastructure, Knowledge Management Process and Knowledge Effectiveness

摘要


近年來無論學術或實務領域,均投入大量的研究於知識管理的議題,並已經獲得相當豐碩的成果,回顧過去的相關研究文獻,仍有下列二點不足之處:(l)缺乏實證數據的分析(2)知識管理能力構面未建立變項間的連結關係。在研究方法上,主要是以個案分析來探討組織內部知識管理相關因素分析之研究,使得知識管理的應用受到侷限,一般化能力不足。 基於過去知識管理領域,鮮少以量化的分析方法進行實證,本研究嘗試從知識資源基礎的觀點,建立知識管理中基礎建設、知識管理程序與知識效能的量化指標,發展衡量的項目,並提出整合性的研究架構。並以國內大型企業排名中之前一千大企業為研究對象,並寄發問卷。實證分析結果顯示(l)基礎建設對知識管理程序具有正向影響(2)基礎建設對知識效能具有正向影響(3)知識管理程序對知識效能具有正向影響。本文最後針對研究結果,提出管理意涵,以供國內實務界之參考。

In recent years, despite previous research invest enormous amount of efforts in the study of knowledge management (KM). Although fruitful findings have been obtained in this area, reviews on previous related literatures show that two issues remain to be improved. The first issue is related to the lack of empirical data analysis in most studies. The second issue points out that links between the dimensions of KM are not established well. As to the methodology issue, the use of case study to explore the related factors of KM in an organization limits applications of KM and is hard to generalize research findings in different organizations. Based on previous literatures of KM has limited success in explaining the relationships of KM from quantitative analysis. This paper tries to build integrated framework to explore the relationships among organizational infrastructure, knowledge management process and knowledge effectiveness from viewpoint of resource base of knowledge. For measuring the construct of the framework, we develop some indicators and measurement based on the theory. Data are collected from the List of the top 1,000 big enterprises in Taiwan. Using a valid sample of 144 from various organizations, the research hypotheses are tested. The results reveal that (1) Organizational infrastructure has a significantly positive effect on knowledge management process. (2) Organizational infrastructure has a positively effect on know ledge effectiveness. (3). Knowledge management process has a positively effect on knowledge effectiveness. Finally, this paper provides some managerial implications for academics and practitioners.
