長久以來,國內的研究者對於區域經濟發展議題的研究,多數是圍繞著經濟活動、社會、政治、管理模式與規劃等議題,尚未以「內生成長」(Endogenous Growth)的觀點對於群聚內經濟活動影響性與關聯性來加以探討,使得影響群聚效應的隱性因素往往被忽略,故而,本研究引用國外多數學者較偏向於知識、創新與學習等隱性議題來探討產業群聚現象,讓產業群聚領域的研究能夠更加寬廣與活絡。 本研究以創新氛圍、知識外溢、產業群聚與競爭優勢四個構念來加以探討群聚區域內廠商如何藉由創新活動與知識成長的過程來建構起競爭優勢。本研究以國內新竹、中部與台南三個科學園區的高科技產業為研究對象,就回收問卷以探索性因素分析、變異數分析、多元迴歸分析、典型相關分析以及線性結構模式進行探討分析,所獲得結論如下: (一)創新氛圍的特性愈顯著則對於產業群聚的形成與發展有正向影響。 (二)知識外溢的效果愈顯著則對於產業群聚的形成與發展有正向影響。 (三)創新氛圍的特性愈強烈則會傾向影響廠商競爭優勢的建構。 (四)知識外溢效果愈顯著則對於廠商的競爭優勢愈有正向影響。 (五)創新氛圍與知識外溢具有交互關聯性。 (六)產業群聚對於廠商競爭優勢之建構具有正向影響。
Long since, the researcher who were towards region development of economy survey at Taiwan, most begirded economic activities, society, politics, management mode for topic with layout, not yet research as ”endogenous growth” of view towards cluster in economic activities, made effect cluster region tacit factor often be ignored, therefore, this research by the scholars more are partial to in knowledge abroad, innovation and learning for tacit topic to inquire into industrial cluster phenomenon, make industrial cluster domain's research is able to be broader and nimble. This research as innovation milieu, knowledge spillover, industrial cluster and competitive advantage four dimension to survey manufacturer in cluster region, how to through by innovate activity and knowledge growth construct rise competition advantage to long process. This research is as Hsinchu region, Taichung region and Tainan region three sciences industrial park for research object. Response questionnaire proceeds statistic analysis as exploration factor analysis, variance analysis, multiple-regression analysis, canonical correlation analysis and linear structural relations (LISREL), and acquire conclusion as follow (1)Innovation milieu's characteristic is more conspicuous then towards industrial cluster form and develop have just affection.
