Research on Prediction Accuracy of GM (1,1) Model

Making use of tangent function to establish a new kind of strengthening buffer operators. Example shows that the new strengthening buffer operators can eliminate the disturbance of vibration and perturbation to primary data, improve forecasting precision of data sequences in vibration system, resolve the contradictions between quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis in the process of real prediction effectively.
