Direct Grey GM (1,1) Model and its Optimization

Based on the background value of the optimization, by the method of the relative error of least square sum to optimize the time response function ,this paper determine the coefficients of c value, establish a new direct grey GM (1,1) model. The example proves that the new model has higher precision of simulating and forecasting, expands model adaptation range, and has a certain theoretical value and applied value.
