With social progress, economic development and the enhancement of life quality and medical technology, the average life expectancy of human beings in recent years hit a record high frequently. Therefore, in the 40's of the 21st century, the global population is estimated to reach 9.3 billion, where the elderly population accounted for 14%. The ratio of the elderly in Taiwan is estimated to reach 30.3%, which is about 2 times than global ratio of the elderly population. Comparing with the countries worldwide, Taiwan is going to face an impact of an aging population and related derivatives. For the issue of an aging society in the prevention of injury topics, falling is regarded to be one of the accidents occurs most often. Hence, the paper starts from preventative perspective, uses operation pattern as classification concepts, and applies the Berg Balance scale Scores (BBS) as the basis. Through the 12 basis and Center of Pressure (COP) track factors on standing action established by BBS, BMI and positive stress measurement system, we can use the grey relational analysis method to analyze the three groups of young pattern typical-modal (YPT), elderly pattern typicalmodal (EPT) and elderly pattern multi-modal (EPM). Then we can understand that there is the same operation mode or fixed differences between the same mode of the different age and physical fitness populations. By understanding the weighting of the impact factors, we can reduce the chance of falling occurred. The results show that the standing performance of YPT is indeed better than EPT, and the standing performance of EPT is better than EPM. So the results can be the reference of elderly posture conversion action research.
