Apply Grey Relational Grade to Rank the Influence Factor for Enhance the Social Status in Military Man

For the military, the main social status is determined by its own quality, professional training and other aspects of welfare. How to make social awareness of young students of career servicemen as lofty symbol has become the research motivation of this paper. Hence, first of all, the paper proposed 20 influence factors of the social status of military and used the questionnaire to survey. Next, the grey relational grade in the grey system theory was used to analyze the weighting of the factors. It is hoped to find the factors which can enhance the social status of military. Through the real mathematics analysis, the study found out that the main influence factor which enhanced the social status of military was ＂Enhance resistance to stress of the military.＂ The least important factor was ＂spiritual support.＂ The two factors are in line with the public's opinion of the military. The results can not only provide reference to military recruiting policy, but also help enhance the social status of military and retain the talents.
