紅光處理對茶樹兒茶素及葉綠素含量之影響

Influences of Red Light Treatments on the Contents of Catechins and Chlorophyll in Tea

本研究以茶樹台茶12號及青心烏龍幼苗做為材料,探討Caffeine、Galli cacid(GA)、(-)-Epigallocatechin (EGC)、(+)-Catechin (C)、(-)- Epigallocatechin 3-gallate(EGCG)、(-)-Epicatechin (EC)、(-)-Epicatechin-3-gallate(ECG)、總兒茶素及葉綠素等在紅光處理下其含量之變化。試驗結果顯示台茶12號及青心烏龍幼苗,不論以30μmol/平方公尺s(95%)或15μmol/平方公尺s(50%)強度之紅光照射不同天數處理,除了咖啡因含量在不同照光天數處理間無顯著差異外,其它GA、(-)-EGC、(+)-C、(-)-EGCG、(-)-EC、(-)-ECG及總兒茶素含量均受不同照光天數處理有顯著影響。此外,台茶12號及青心烏龍幼苗,不論以30μmol/平方公尺s或15μmol/平方公尺s強度之紅光照射不同天數處理,其葉綠素含量皆有顯著之差異,並且與兒茶素含量呈相反之趨勢。

In this study, TTES No.12 and Chin-Shin Oolong seedlings were used to investigate the changes of Caffeine, Gallic acid (GA) , (-)-Epigallocatechin (EGC), (+)-Catechin (C), (-) -Epigallocatechin 3-gallate (EGCG), (-) -Epicatechin (EC), (-)-Epicatechin-3-gallate (ECG), total catechins and chlorophyll contents through different treatments of red light. The experiment results were summarized as follows:When TTES No.12 and Chin-Shin Oolong seedlings were exposed to different intensities of red light, 30 μmol/m^2s (95%) or 15 μmol/m^2s (50%)m, respectively, the differences of caffeine contents among various illuminating days in TTES No.12 seedlings were not significant. However, GA, (-) -EGC, (+) -C, (-) -EGCG, (-) -EC, (-) -ECG and total catechins contents were found to have significant differences among various illuminating days. In addition, when TTES No.12 and Chin-Shin Oolong seedlings were exposed to 30μmol/m^2s or 15μmol/m^2s respectively, the contents of chlorophyll among various illuminating days had significant differences and showed opposite trends of catechins contents.
