水稻與陸稻雜交分離族系幼苗期耐旱性檢測與性狀相關性分析

Correlation Analysis for Drought tolerance at Seedling Stage in a Set of Recombinant Inbred Lines from the Cross Between Paddy Rice and Upland Rice

摘要


本試驗利用稉稻品系NKY982055和陸稻CD-3雜交產生的F_6世代共147個分離族系進行幼苗期耐旱檢定。試驗中以水耕培養的3.5葉齡幼苗為材料,將幼苗移至20% PEG水耕液中模擬乾旱處理14天,調查處理前後之幼苗性狀,同時處理期間每2天紀錄幼苗葉片捲曲程度,以葉片捲曲至IRRI指數7所需天數為耐旱指標(days to IRRI index 7, DIR7),並將捲曲程度累加,即為TDI (Total of drought stress injury) ,為另一耐旱指標。試驗結果顯示幼苗期階段各族系DIR7天數和TDI累加天數有顯著差異,有趨近於常態分佈之趨勢,顯示兩指標可區分各族系對乾旱之耐受能力。另外,相關性分析結果顯示地上部鮮重與TDI呈現顯著負相關,即鮮重較重的族系在幼苗期階段有較佳的耐旱能力;而地上部鮮重、乾重和根部鮮重耐旱處理後增長比率與TDI呈(極)顯著負相關,即各族系幼苗之地上部鮮重、乾重和根部鮮重值越高,TDI值越小,族系耐旱能力較佳。

This study used 147 F_6 recombinant inbred lines from the cross between paddy rice NKY982055 and upland rice CD3 to survey the seedling traits and evaluate their drought tolerance at seedling stage. For drought tolerance analysis, 3.5rd leaf stage seedlings were subjected to a drought stress period for 14 days induced by 20% polyethylene glycol. Two indicators were measured to reveal the levels of drought tolerance: Days to IRRl index 7 (DIR7) and Total of drought injury (TDI). Both DIR7 and TDI showed significant difference at seedling stage before and after drought stress indicating they arc distinguishable indicators for drought tolerance in recombinant inbred lines. Correlation analysis showed significantly negative correlation between shoot fresh weight and TDI. In addition, correlation analysis showed shoot fresh weight, dry weight and root fresh weight growth rate showed a strong negative correlation with TDI.
