社口實驗林場的螢火蟲多樣性

Firefly diversity in Shekou Experimental Forest

摘要

本研究目的在瞭解社口實驗林場的螢火蟲種類組成、出現月份及物種相對豐富度。自2015年4月至2016年3月，在社口實驗林場兩條長各約1km的樣線，以沿線調查法每月各進行3次的夜間調查及1次的日間調查，記錄螢火蟲成蟲及幼蟲的種類及數量，並計算螢火蟲成蟲的多樣性指數。結果顯示，社口實驗林場共記錄到螢火蟲1科8屬15種，各物種中以黑翅螢相對數量最多，占所有記錄總隻次的74.11%，其次為端黑螢，占17.67%。單月每次調查平均螢火蟲成蟲隻次以4月最多、6月次之。由於各物種的相對數量差異極大，導致社口林場生物多樣性指數偏低。

This study aimed to understand the firefly species composition, and appearance time and relative abundance of each species in Shekou Experimental Forest. From April 2015 to March 2016, in each month we conducted three night-time and one daytime surveys along two 1-km transects. The results showed that a total of 15 firefly species belonging to 8 genera were recorded. Among them, Abscondita cerata and Abscondita chinensis were the two most abundant species, accounting for 74.11% and 17.67% of total adult individuals recorded, respectively. The highest average number of adult firefly in each survey occurred in April and second highest occurred in June. Due to the great difference in relative abundance of each species, the overall firefly diversity in Shekou Experimental Forest is relatively low.
