碳酸銨萃取法估算堆肥有效氮含量在甘藍栽培之應用研究

Study of Evaluate Potentially Available Nitrogen of Compost with Chemical Extracting Method Applied Applied to Cultivation of Cabbage

摘要


本研究目的擬探討利用碳酸銨萃取法估算堆肥有效性氮含量應用於甘藍栽培之可行性,本文主針對甘藍產量及土壤肥力予以分析與評估。經由三個田間試驗結果顯示,在不同肥料處理間,以化學肥料處理或化學肥料配合堆肥處理之甘藍產量較高。由堆肥用量與甘藍產量之迴歸分析顯示,大村試區(1997)的甘藍產量在堆肥用量約115 t/ha 時可得一最大估測值65.0。而大村試區(1996) 及名間試區(1997)之甘藍產量在試驗土肥用量範圍內均呈現持續上昇之趨勢,當土肥用量130 t/ha時,甘藍產量估測值分別為55.3 t/ha及44.9 t/ha。顯然在田間栽培甘藍時,因考量甘藍生長特性及不同土壤之生產潛能,利用碳酸銨針取法所做算的堆肥施用量,約需向上調整15~30%。

The ammonium carbonate extraction method has been developed and validated on evaluating the PAN (potentially available nitrogen) value of composts. Three field experiments were conducted to validate this method on the cultivation of cabbage. This study was concentrated on the effects of the yield of cabbage and soil fertilizer or treatment of chemical fertilizer with compost. There were significant multiple regressions rate of compost in different soil. However, the maximum yield of cabbage was about 65.0 t/ha under an application rate of 115 t/ha of compost in Tatsuen (1997). But the cabbage yield increased with increase of the application rate of compost in both Tatsuen (1996) and Mingen (1997), and the yield were about 55.3 t/ha and 44.9 t/ha, respectively, under an application rate of 130 t/ha. Therefore, in order to consider the growth characteristic of cabbage and the potential production of different soil, it is necessary to modify and increase the application rate of compost about 15-30% that given form the ammonium carbonate extraction method.
