建立企業網路的關鍵因素影響模式之實證研究

摘要

本文是兩階段研究設計。第一階段運用探索性研究，目的是建立研究模式與假設。首先我們基於技術、管理、組織以及高階主管與使用者等四個理論構面，查閱相關文獻，以萃取原始變數，然後訪談個案公司的專家篩選出初步變數，以完成探索性問卷設計，再進一步對三十家有建置企業網路之企業，以德菲爾方法為基礎，部份採用訪談方式，部份採用問卷調查方式以搜集資料，收集的資料以因素分析方法找出各理論構面的主要因子，以建立研究模式，並且依模式擬訂研究假設。第二階段實證研究，以全國前一千大製造業與前五百大服務業為研究母群體，以等距隨機抽樣法抽取八百家企業作為研究樣本，以郵寄問卷，收集原始資料，資料分析運用卡方檢定，以驗證研究假設。研究結果，本文完成的影響模式，以及本文結論所提出的具體建議，可以作為企業建置企業網路時規劃、設計、管理、評估的典範，能夠提高建置企業網路的成功率，在目前企業網路蓬勃發展的情況有實際的貢獻。

This paper discusses the development and testing of a model that captures the critical factors affecting the success of Intranet adoption. The model involves four main factors: management, technology, organization, and top managers and users. Initial variables were gathered and identified by interviewing experts to design a comprehensive questionnaire. The Delphi method, interviews and a questionnaire were then used to collect data from 30 enterprise companies which have adopted Intranet use in Taiwan to set up our research hypotheses and model. In the second phase, 800 manufacturers and service businesses were selected as samples to test our hypotheses and model. The results suggest that the proposed model offer the enterprises a model to plan, to design, to manage and to evaluate their own Intranet and in turn promote the success possibility of Intranet adoption.
