資訊不對稱是現代經濟活動中普遍存在的現象,在代理關係中,由於代理人與委託人的資訊不對稱,往往都必須借助各種激勵或監控手段,來促使代理人善盡其義務。然而,從相關的研究整理中發現,關於代理關係中資訊不對稱現象的研究,似都集中於資訊較少的委託人一方,但對資訊較多之代理人一方,卻甚少著墨。因此本研究即是以資訊不對稱現象,對研發人員工作倫理認知的影響為題,企圖瞭解處在資訊優勢的情況下,對研發人員的工作倫理認知有何影響。研究中除了驗証相關假設外,亦對資訊不對稱程度與相關防制措施的交互作用型態、相關的意涵,作了深入的探討,最後並且對實務與後續研究提出了作者的看法。
Information asymmetry has become more and more popular in modem economic society. According to agency theory, because of information asymmetry, the principals have to design incentive program for agents to align the goal between two parties. As we noticed, most of the related researches about information asymmetry put their focus on the principal side and ignore the fact that information asymmetry has also had some impacts on the agents. The purpose of this work is to explore the impact of information asymmetry on the agents. This research took R&D professionals as survey sample and explored if information asymmetry had impact on R&D professionals' work ethics. In this article, we verified a few propositions and proposed some suggestions for future research.
