摘要

地理資訊在公共衛生研究上的重要性與貢獻，早已經獲得相關學界的肯定，也有許多成功範例。登革熱近年來一直是影響台灣公共衛生的主要流行疾病之一。針對登革熱的疫情掌握與防治，疾病管制局已建立常態性的病媒蚊調查與病例通報體系。本研究嘗試以地理資訊系統處理這些資料，不但能充分展示登革熱的空間型態，並有助於彙整相關資料，進行環境因子的空間分析。然而由於現有資料與GIS的格式不相容、缺乏精確的空間坐標，加上抽樣點分佈的代表性不足，不利於空間分析的進行。利用實際資料的處理經驗，本研究建議未來的調查作業應該納入空間坐標、整合GIS資料格式，並妥善規劃抽樣方式。

The potential usefulness of geographic information on public health is widely recognized with many successful cases. Dengue fever recently has become a threat to the public health in Taiwan. The Center of Decease Control has established both the examine system of infection carrier mosquito and the notification system of illness-cases. This research made an attempt on managing these data by geographic information system (GIS). The results show GIS can not only fully represent the spatial pattern of dengue fever, but also help us to gather related data to analysis the spatial factors of environment. However, such data were stored in spreadsheet format that incompatible with GIS data. Second, they were without spatial referencing. Beside, the distributions of sampling points were not representatively enough. All these make the data inadequate for spatial analysis. Based of the experience of manipulating these data, the authors suggest that future collection of data should be geo-spatial referenced in GIS data format with a well defined framework for sampling.
