A 68-year-old female presented with an incidental finding of a right renal mass. Her physical examination and biochemistry tests were normal. CT scan and magnetic resonance image revealed an isointense tumor with calcification measuring 3 cm 2 cm over the upper pole of the right kidney. Angiography demonstrated a hypovascular tumor with some neovasculature. We suspected that the right renal tumor was either a renal cell carcinoma or a benign renal tumor, so the patient underwent radical nephrectomy. Histopathological examination confirmed metanephric adenoma. She was followed up for one year and there was no recurrence or metastasis.
