探討資源探索系統使用者資訊檢索問題類型與大學圖書館資訊素養課程設計指引

The user's retrieval problems of discovery system and the guideline for information literacy course in college library

摘要


本研究以文獻分析歸納使用者利用資源探索系統的資訊檢索問題,並將問題類型分為資訊提供端與資訊使用端。資訊提供端方面是從探索系統與圖書館管理角度出發,簡略探討圖書館管理端可調整作法;資訊使用端方面是從促進使用者資訊檢索技能的角度切入,以美國學術圖書館學會所提出的「高等利用教育資訊素養框架」作為資訊素養之基本技能,並指出對應指導課程內容重點,以供同道參考。

In order to improve the user's retrieval problems of discovery system, this study integrated the topic-related literature and categorized the retrieval problem into two: information consumers and information providers. A solution improved the system service from the departments of library. The other solution was to aggregate the retrieval problems from users and incorporated the American Higher Education Information Literacy Framework of the Association of College and Research Libraries (ACRL) as an information literacy guideline for library education.
