教育部為鼓勵大學教師從事研究、教學及行政服務,近年來已開始推動教授薪資分級制度,並依其績效表現而給予變動薪資。因此,合理的績效評鑑指標與評估權重,亟需建立。本研究旨在探討大學教師研究績效指標權重,並採用層級分析法向專家們進行問卷調查,經一致性檢定後,計算出大學教師研究績效指標相對權重。研究結果顯示,在第一層級大學教師研究績效指標中,最重要項目為「論文發表」,權重高達33.88%;第二層級指標中,最重要項目為「期刊論文發表」,權重高達29.21%;第三層級指標中,最重要項目為「論文收錄於ABI、AHCI、CIS、SCI、SSCI、EI、TSSCI之國際期刊」,權重高達25.05%。本研究之成果可提供教育行政機構、大學院校與大學教師,依其指標及權重作為各項獎補助的參考依據,並了解自身研究績效成果。
As a recent effort to encourage university professors in their academic studies, teaching, and administrative services, the Ministry of Education has been promoting a salary grading system in which payments vary with performances. Therefore, the time is now ripe to establish a set of reliable index weights for such an assessment. This study aims to examine the index weights for assessing university professors' research performance by employing the techniques of Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) to solicit opinions from experts through questionnaires. A consistency analysis will be conducted to calculate the relative index weights of these academics' research performance. In this study, ”paper publication,” ”journal paper publication,” and ”paper accepted in ABI, AHCI, CIS, SCI, SSCI, EI, and TSSCI international journals” represent the most important items of the first, second, and third hierarchies, with the highest weights of 33.88%, 29.21%, and 25.05%, respectively. Hopefully, the index weights constructed in this study will afford crucial criteria to educational institutions and universities for offering awards, as well as to university professor for evaluating their own research performance.
