奈米晶矽在太陽能電池之應用

Nanocrystal Application for Solar Cell

摘要


為了提高矽太陽能電池的轉換效率,有效吸收太陽能光譜範圍是提高效率的重要方法。本文中探討奈米晶矽(Nanocrystal Silicon)的光電特性,及將這些結構化奈米晶矽薄膜應用於矽太陽能電池的吸收層來產生更高轉換效率的作法;我們提出在退火過程中以外加電場的方式可增進奈米晶矽的形成。實驗結果顯示在經外加電場處理過後的樣品在光激發光譜有增強的成果。預計可將此技術應用於奈米晶矽太陽能電池。

In order to increase conversion efficiency of solar cells, it is important to absorb solar spectrum range efficiently. In this paper we discuss the optoelectronic property of nanocrystal silicon and the nano-structure used as an absorption layer to enhance conversion efficiency; We propose that in-situ applied electric field during post-annealing process could help nanocrystal formation. Experimental results show that is enhanced the photoluminescence.
