發展軟式人面積有機混成太陽能電池模組

Development of a Large Area Organic Hybrid Solar Cell Module on Flexible Substrate

摘要


本研究利用大面積旋轉塗佈技術開發,目前重點放在可撓式基板,製作有機混成太陽能電池模組,使其具備有高效能、長壽命、低成本、及大面積製造的能力,並製作面積100 立方公分以上之可撓式電池模組及測試。每個新模組開發工作包括有以下三個項目:(1)有機混成太陽能電池模組製程技術之最佳化整合研發;(2)ITO電極、鋁電極與有機混成材料之間的歐姆接觸問題研究及解決;(3)有機混成太陽能電池模組電路之最佳化設計及電性測試。最後,將以本研究開發完成之相關重要製程技術作為未來實際導入工業量產之重要依據。

The large–area flexible solar cells studied throughout this paper by using a large area spin coating technique. The major work is to develop a high efficient, long life time, low cost, large area nanoparticles hybrid polymer solar cell module. The solar cell module with an active area of 100 cm^2 will be developed, fabricated and tested. The work tasks of a new developed solar cell module include three items: (1) Integration of fabrication process of a nanoparticles hybrid polymer solar cell module, (2) Study of ohm contact issue between the electrodes and polymer layers of solar cell module, and (3) Optimal design of circuit of solar cell module and its characteristic measurement. Finally, we will be developed and fabricated successfully for a commercial mass production application.
