燃料電池甲醇濃度感測器

In-situ Methanol Concentration Sensing Technology for Fuel Cell Application

摘要


本研究以壓電晶體平板中-板波傳現象與受溫度與甲醇液體負載後之波傳變化等理論推導,找出理論上適用於液體量測之平板模態,並針對該平板模態進行溫度與甲醇液體濃度之實驗量測,以印證理論計算之結果。藉由聲板波元件上,擷取對甲醇濃度與溫度敏感不同模態,因此可在同一片元件上達成同時感測甲醇濃度與溫度之目標,並以此設計一對甲醇濃度與溫度具高靈敏度之聲板波感測器,並可應用於燃料電池中甲醇濃度監測使用。

By using the acoustic plate wave, In-Situ to measure methanol concentration & temperature at the same time. Because of the characteristic of miniature and insitu sensing, the methanol sensor by this research could be applied in fuel cell application. We was developed the theory of the acoustic plate to predict the useful mode to detect the varied concentration of methanol.
