四技應用日語系觀光日語教育現狀分析

A Study on Japanese Tourism Education of the Four-Year Undergraduate Program of the Department of Applied Japanese

摘要


說到台灣觀光日語教育人才培育,首先浮現在腦海的便是觀光系的日語教育。但隨著自1998年冠上「應用」二字,以就業爲號召之日語學習的四技應用日語系成立後,四技應日系將在日語觀光人才培育上,扮演重要的角色。而依據筆者調查統計,四技應日系中有9所學校將培育觀光人才作爲系科的教育目標。 本論文首先從教育目標、課程規劃、教科書的使用狀況、及實習制度等四個面向,探討應日系觀光日語教育的現狀。而後針對應日系種種問題,提出以下四個建言。 1.深耕地方、提升專業觀光日語程度及異文化了解的課程設計。 2.開發觀光日本語教科書 3.教授者的專業化 4.確立實習制度及強化產官學界的合作

When you talk about the talent cultivation of Japanese tourism education in Taiwan, what comes to your mind immediately is the Japanese language education of the department of tourism. But ever since the four-year undergraduate program of the department of applied Japanese was established in 1988 with the teaching goal of obtaining employment, it has become inevitable that the department of applied Japanese would play an important role in developing new talents of Japanese tourism. The author finished a survey on curriculum of the departments of applied Japanese in Taiwan, and the result shows that there are nine of them which have cultivating tourism professionals as one of their teaching goals. This paper begins with the exploration of the current Japanese tourism education of the departments of applied Japanese, including their teaching aims, curriculum planning, ways of using textbooks, and practical trainings. Then the various problems of the departments of applied Japanese will be brought up with the following four suggestions: 1. To act locally, to enhance their professional level of the Japanese tourism, and to design courses related to the better understanding of different cultures. 2. To develop textbooks on Japanese tourism. 3. To increase faculty's expertise. 4. To establish the system of practical training and to strengthen the cooperation of industry, government and academia.
