The Application of Auto Tooth Transplantation in Orthodontic Patient

摘要

配合根管治療，將自體植牙應用於成人患者，不必受限於活髓之自體植牙之牙根尖孔未封閉期，應用範圍當然廣泛許多，矯正移動可以先鬆動要移植之牙齒之牙周組織，使移植時保留有完整之牙周組織，大大增加自體移植之成功率，自體移植是矯正治療中很值得隨時考慮應用之臨床技術，使病患得以保留矯正須拔之牙齒，減少缺牙之痛苦。

Combing with root canal therapy, Auto Tooth Transplantation can be applied to adult patient. Without the limitation of vital pulp Auto Tooth Transplantation, it can be used on most of the adult mutilated dentition. Orthodontic tooth movement makes the transplant tooth mobile, while removed for translation with intact periodontal membrane increase the success rate of transplantation.
Auto Tooth Transplantation can save important tooth in already partial edentulous patient. It is a very good orthodontic adjunct for saving patient's precious tooth.
