摘要

日常門診中有越來越多的病人在牙齒矯正治療的同時，由於牙周病治療的需要而有引導組織再生技術和骨移植的處理。本文主要回顧最近有關合併引導組識再生和矯正處理的文獻，並探討治療的時機，材料選擇和組織反應，在文獻中這類的病例都可得到良好的治療效果。合併引導組織再生的牙周治療和矯正牙齒移動可做為處理臨床病人的可靠方法。

There is an increasing number of adult patients with orthodontic treatment and periodontal problem, in which CTR and bone graft are performed°Apresenting in daily practice. This article reviews recent reports about combination of GTR and Orthodontic treatment. Timing, material consideration and tissue response was demonstrated and successful results of cases are noted. Combined bone GTR and orthodontics should be added to the management of orthodontic patient with severe bone loss.
