摘要

如何加速矯正移動牙齒的速度，是矯正醫師以及學者一直在探討的議題，而目前已知加速矯正移動牙齒速度的方式包含：藥物、機械性刺激、低能量雷射、骨皮質切開術（corticotomy）或牙周輔助加速成骨矯正治療（PAOO）、以及在合併正領手術的患者身上實施手術先行（surgery first）等等方式，皆可以加快矯正過程中牙齒移動的速度。在臨床上以侵入性手術方式刺激矯正速度已有確切效果，但許多非侵入性的方法則都停留在動物實驗階段，應用在人體的治療成效如何，需要更多臨床試驗來證實。本文藉由回顧文獻的動物實驗與臨床試驗，從藥物、機械性生理刺激、以及手術方式，三個方向來探討如何加速矯正牙齒移動速率。

How to accelerate orthodontic tooth movement has been an interesting issue to orthodontists and researchers. Ways being proposed to accelerate orthodontic tooth movement (OTM) include medication, mechanical stimulation, low level laser, corticotomy, periodontal accelerated osteogenic orthodontics, and surgery-first orthognathic surgery. Those invasive surgical procedures are used successfully on orthodontic patients for acceleration of OTM. Other non-invasive procedures, though with promising results obtained from animal experiments， await further clinical confirmations. This article reviewed recent clinical and animal studies, and the mechanism of medication, mechanical stimulation and surgical approaches for their effectiveness on OTM.
