Due to continuing resistance within aboriginal peoples and the deeper reflection in the wider Australia society, the Indigenous Policy approached the way for reconciliation in Australia. Under the movement, the Aboriginal Education Policy of New South Wales reflected the perspective of reconciliation.This paper introduces the eight key issues of reconciliation and the Aboriginal Education Policy in New South Wales, Australia. Following the introduction, the implication of Australia's experience for Taiwanese Indigenous Education Policy is proposed. Also a review on Taiwanese Indigenous Education Act (draft) is made.
