Implementation of New Mathematics Course in Elementary Schools-A Teacher's Experience and Reflection

摘要


本文主要論述作者參與小學數學新課程實施的實作與反省。並從教學前的準備、教學的處理、及教學後的反省三個部份來描述作者第一次及再次接觸一年級數學新課程的教學經驗。最後,討論影響教師了解新課程的因素、教師執行新課程的困難,並且提出就教師方面及在職進修方面的建議。

This article describes the practice and reflection of the author concerning the new mathematics course in elementary school. By discussing the preparation, teaching and reflection of teaching, the author describes her teaching experience of the new mathematics course in the first grade. Finally, the author discusses the factors that influence teacher understanding of the new mathematics course, the difficulty of practice, and the suggestion concerning teacher and in-service education.
