網路教學於學校教育之應用

當代資訊社會快速變遷，加上電腦科技與網際網路技術之蓬勃發展，不僅影響了人類社會的各個層面，也對學校教育帶來莫大的衝擊。全球資訊網的出現更豐富了教學媒體的風貌，並且擴大了媒體應用的多樣性與可行性。網路教學突破了許多傳統教學方式的限制，無論在國內外都已蔚為一股新興的潮流，並且成為二十一世紀教學與學習環境之必然趨勢。本文首先介紹網際網路的發展及其各應用層面，尤其在教育科技上的應用；其次探討構成網路教學的要件與相關重要特質；然後討論教師們於網路教學之設計與應用等的考量要點；同時提供國內外推動網絡教學的實例與經驗；最後結論並提出建議，作為教育學者推動與應用網路教學之參考。

This paper first introduces the development of the Internet and its application in the field of education. It then explores the important features and components underlying web-based instruction. It also discusses the main issue that teachers should take into consideration while implementing web-based instruction. Moreover, it provides examples of some universities' experiences of implementing web-based instruction. Finally, it provides conclusions and implications for educators in applying web-based instruction.
