新世紀的班級經營

Classroom Management in a New Era

摘要


班級經營是學校教育的基礎,其成敗直接影響教學的效果。當前經營班級的缺失有五項:(一)教師理論轉化能力不足;(二)班級經營的目標模糊;(三)缺乏班級經營的整體計畫;(四)家長參與意識不足;(五)教師專業自主能力薄弱。新世紀班級經營的能力有十項:(一)活化教育理論的能力;(二)強化專業活力的能力;(三)內化批判思考的能力;(四)啟動人文關懷的能力;(五)勇於維護公義的能力;(六)整合運用資源的能力;(七)開創廣泛溝通的能力;(八)適當調適情緒的能力;(九)妥善處理危機能力;(十)樂學於終身學習的能力。新世紀班級經營的策略有六項:(一)強化開放的胸襟,扮演積極角色(二)積極內省增能,改善教學服務;(三)激勵理性對話,進行深層辯證;(四)運用參與合作,建構學習組織;(五)活用虛擬管理,實施道德經營;(六)實踐心靈建設,樂為生活教練。新世紀的教師必須在班級經營的能力與策略投入心力,以期突破現狀與困境,穩健地走出清新、尊榮、與豪氣。

Classroom management is the basis of school education. Its accomplishments may have influences on teaching.The shortcomings of classroom management today include:1. Teachers' inability in theoretical transformation2. The indistinctness of the goals for classroom management3. The Jack of a complete program for classroom management4. The Jack of parents' willingness to participate5. The weakness in teachers' professional assertionThere are ten issues concerning the abilities of classroom management in a new era as follows:1. Activating educational theory2. Strengthening professional abilities3. Critical thinking abilities4. Motivating humanism5. Courageousness in protecting justice6. Integrating and making use of resources7. Creating broad communication8. Adjusting mood properly9. Managing a crisis soundly10. Lifetime learning joyouslyThe new classroom management should follow six tactics as follows:1. Strengthen open-minded spirits and act aggressively2. Self-reflection and empowerment to improve teaching services3. Inspire rational conversation and proceed deep dialectics4. Make use of participation and cooperation to create learning organizations5. Use virtual operations to carry out moral management6. Practice mental construction and be a live coachTeachers in the new millemium must make efforts and tactics in classroom management in order to break out of current conditions and create a new inspirational environment.
