課程管理概念與內涵分析

The Concept and Content of Curriculum Management

摘要


課程管理是對課程要素的安排與處理,其目的在確保課程成效與品質表現,有鑑於長期以來課程管理多侷限在科學技術的行政治理基調,而較少關注課程本質的需求與價值的互動,本文特就課程管理的意義與內涵加以探討,除肯認課程管理應保有追求成效的企圖,並應該兼具展現課程潛能的價值,同時,課程管理也是不同課程主體共同參與的歷程,透過價值共享與合作協同,安置課程相關要素,藉以凝聚課程努力方向、實現課程理想。

Curriculum management is the way to management internal and external elements around curriculum. This study reviews the concept and content of curriculum management. According to theory and practice, curriculum management should begin to pursue correct goal, meanwhile, elaborate well-balanced approaches to enforce potential and creative actions. This is the process of cooperation to accomplish the goal of curriculum.
