從課程理解到課程知識的實踐─以生涯教育融入綜合活動領域課程發展為例

摘要

本文旨在分析生涯教育融入綜合活動領域學期課程發展的脈絡，說明課程發展必須建立在教師課程理解的基礎上，才能將教師課程知識在課程發展歷程中加以轉化與實踐教師課程知識的專業成長，可以在課程知識實踐過程用以支持課程動態的發展；讓教師於課程發展行動中，透過課程知識的再概念化，以形成新的課程理解，並進一步改進教學。

The purpose of this study is to explore the curriculum development process of the instruction of career development in a junior high school. Three important points are mentioned in this paper: 1) The development of curriculum should be based on teacher's understanding on students base-line knowledge and curriculum contents, 2) Teachers can monitor the process of curriculum development by enhancing their professional knowledge and abilities, 3) Teachers can accrue new understanding of their curriculum through their re-conceptualization of the curriculum contents as well as students feedback, and further improve their instruction effectiveness.
