The Challenge for Equality of Educational Opportunity in the Digital Age: A Digital Empowerment Perspective

摘要


本文旨在從數位賦能的觀點出發,探討E時代中教育機會均等的議題。本文首先釐清「教育機會均等」的概念內涵;其次,分別探究數位落差與教育機會均等的關聯性、縮短數位落差的教育實踐、以及國際組織對縮短數位落差方案的一些反思;最後,提出E時代教育機會均等的數位賦能實踐方案,俾供教育政策制定者與教學實務工作者,推動教育機會均等實施方案時之參考。

The main purposes of this paper are: Firstly, to make the concept of equality of educational opportunity clear from a digital learning resources perspective. Secondly, to discuss the relations between digital divide and equality of educational opportunity, the educational practices of bridging the digital divide, and the International Organizations' reflections on the digital divide, respectively. Finally, this paper provides some digital empowerment alternatives for policy makers and teaching practitioners to achieve the equality of educational opportunity in the digital age.
