多元師資培育制度下品格教育課程改革之研究

A Study on Character Education and Curriculum Reform in a Multiple-Teacher Education System

摘要


隨著師資培育制度從一元轉變為多元,品格教育似乎有逐漸消失的趨勢。為強化師資培育課程中的品格教育,本研究針對多元師資培育制度下品格教育課程的歷史演進、實施困境及改革策略進行探究。為達上述研究目的,本研究主要採三種研究方法,包括文獻分析、歷史研究和焦點團體座談。全文共分三部分,首先,透過歷史的檢視,追溯台灣師資培育中品格教育課程的演進,以理解其歷史特性。其次,探討當前師資培育中品格教育課程的實施現況與困境。最後,綜合上述研究結果,提出促進師資培育中品格教育課程有效發展的可行策略。

With the deregulation of teacher education system, there is a declining trend about the degree of character education being emphasized in Taiwan. Based on the background above, this study focuses on exploring the problems and prospects about implementing character education in pre-service teacher education. To achieve the purposes of this study, relevant literature is reviewed and analyzed, and focus group interview is adopted. The study mainly is divided into three parts. Firstly, it examines historical features of character education during teacher education institution changing process. Secondly, it discusses the problems of implementing character education in pre-service teacher education, including aspects of curriculum design, teacher certification and selection, practicum program and individual career development. Lastly, the study provides some reform strategies about the implementation of character education in the process of pre-service teacher education.
