摘要

電子教科書政策的推動攸關教育、資訊，及文創產業的發展。近年，世界各國在中小學教育階段，紛紛展開電子教科書的推廣活動，如何因應世界潮流，擬定合宜的政策，乃近來政府關切的課題。本研究主要目的在於探討電子教科書的使用現況、產業趨勢與政策需求；以邀請相關的產官學研與教學實務人士，進行焦點團體訪談為蒐集研究資料之方法，訪談之資料經謄錄整理後進行分析和討論；最後依研究目的提出結論和建議，供主管機關研訂政策參考。

The policy of making e-textbooks is important for the development of education, information, and cultural industry. Recently, many countries have promoted the use of e-textbooks in elementary and secondary schools. Hence, the ebook-making becomes important in government's policy-making. This research explores how the ebook is used currently, and what the trends and requirements the making industry can be developed. Many professionals are invited from the field of the ebook-making industry, together with the school consumers, for a focus-interview in groups. Then its recordings get analyzed afterwards. Finally, some suggestions are offered from the point of view how policies could be reached by the government.
