Including religion education in college curriculum has been a common concern recently. However, whether the course should be neutral and objective remains an issue to be tacked. Moreover, how it gets taught in a private university in Taiwan needs a further research. Taking Chung Yua Christian University as an example, this paper addresses all issues of the curriculum of religion education, such as the religion philosophy, teacher employment, teaching materials, as well as how the religion education under the concept of "the universe, humans, matter, and the self" gets placed, are fully discussed and analyzed, with a hope that all the remarks made from this research could be of some help to other universities whenever a similar course gets conducted in their arenas.
