臺灣牙技畢業學生就業狀況之探討

摘要

近年來牙科醫療體系水準快速的發展，牙科技術電腦化的提升，不但快速地減少了牙技界的體力勞動，也替代了相當部分的腦力勞動，因此我們不免要沈思將來以人工製作假牙的市場需求性，以及學生學習牙技意願性。根據中台醫護學院牙技系歷年來畢業生的統計，學生畢業後從事相關領域者占總畢業生之29%。而相關領域人數中從事牙技師者只有6%，其餘則工作於牙科材料服務業及牙科護理工作。調查並發現牙技畢業生從事非相關領域原因，以沒興趣33%及尚無執照30%比例最高。另外我們也發現隨著學年增加（改制大學），從事相關領域者比例逐年減少。此調查提供了將來台灣牙技學校的教育方針。

To date, dental treatment technology steps into an fast development stage which not only promoted by the computerize technology but also reduces the labor work in every aspect of Dental Technology. Actually, major part of the procedure is substituted by brain thinking. The main purpose of this study is to probe into the prospective demanding of Dental Technology as well as the learning willingness of dental technology students. There are only 6% dental technician out of 29% employed in relevant working area, according to the occupations statistic analysis of graduated students in The Department of Dental Laboratory Technology of Chungtai Institute of Health Sciences and Technology. Others spread on the working area of the dental material service and oral hygien. It is found that graduate who working on the unrelated occupations, 33% having no interest and 30% technician license in pending. In addition, the rate of devoting on related occupation declining as response to increasing academic year. This paper provide for the colleges on their educational policymaking.
